This page explains how to delete your CollabConnect account and the personal data associated with it. CollabConnect is operated as the data controller for this app.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
You can delete your account directly inside the CollabConnect mobile app:
- Open the CollabConnect app and sign in.
- Go to your Profile.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
Your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted. This is not a temporary deactivation.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address on your account so we can verify it's you:

Include the email address registered to your CollabConnect account.
Request deletion by emailWe will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days, and confirm when it is done.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we delete the personal data associated with it, including:
- Your profile (name, email, phone, photo, bio, social handles, company details)
- Your messages, campaign applications, and deliverables
What we may retain
We may retain a limited amount of data only where we are legally required to, or for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance — for example, transaction and collaboration records required to be kept under Philippine law. Any retained data is kept only for as long as required and is then securely deleted. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
